Dan Marino
Framed Photograph Engraved Series
(Available in 2 Sizes)
- The Miami Dolphins selected University of Pittsburgh QB Dan Marino with the 27th overall pick in the 1983 draft. He was the fifth quarterback selected in that draft! Needless to say, the pick turned out to be a steal. In his first professional season, Marino threw for 2,210 yards and 20 touchdowns. He was named NFL Rookie of the Year and he was also the first rookie to start at quarterback in the Pro Bowl. When Marino announced his retirement on March 13, 2000, he held 25 NFL regular season records and was tied for 5 others. In his 17-year career he completed almost 5,000 passes for 61,361 yards and 420 TDs. His 86.4 passing efficiency rating ranked him 4th all-time. Elected to the Pro Football hall of Fame in 2005, Dan was, quite simply, one of the best to have ever taken a snap.
- Featuring a colorful 11x14 or 16x20 photograph of Dan in the pocket. Also included on the plate is
